The property started life attached to a heritage-listed cottage across two titles. The challenge was successfully removing the heritage overlay from the vacant allotment, then dealing with Camp Hill's notoriously rocky ground conditions that made establishing new sewer and water connections exceptionally difficult.
What makes this project stand out is the timeline. From breaking ground to final clean, we completed this home in just over six months without compromising on quality. Our in-house carpentry team delivered precision craftsmanship throughout, with extensive arched windows, doors and cabinetry creating rhythm and flow through the entire home.
The kitchen is the hero, featuring a custom curved island and butler's pantry that transitions seamlessly into the laundry. Three-metre ground floor ceilings and a striking double-storey entrance void work with full-height windows to fill the home with natural light and cooling cross-breezes. Upstairs, the media lounge opens onto a private balcony and bar with curated glimpses of the Brisbane city skyline.
